S&H costs will still appear when you check out, but your credit card is charged manually, not automatically.
Despite my best efforts, there are still minor glitches in my 'combined quantity' S&H that occur when you purchase more than one item of more than one product. Trust me, nothing bothers me more than seeing an 'abusive' S&H charge on things that I order on-line.
I guarantee that your S&H cost will not be a penny more than what UPS, or FEDEX or the USPS charges me for the service you choose, (Ground, Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day).
The 'FREE S&H - Kokopelli Economic Stimulus' package discount will be calculated when we manually charge your order and your credit card receipt, (sent via email), will reflect the discount.
- Your purchase is protected with an exclusive unconditional lifetime warranty. No bullshit, no runaround, no hoops to jump thru.
(IMPORTANT GLASSWARE DISCLAIMER: Despite the best efforts of our suppliers who drop ship larger order quantities and despite our own personal efforts to carefully and ruggedly pack the glassware & ceramic ware we ship in small quantities, breakage can and does occur in transit. The limit of our liability, since these items are heavy, fragile and relatively low profit items is a credit for the damaged goods. The burden of filing a damage claim is on the purchaser. We have found it costs over $50.00 in time to settle a $4.00 item claim which simply isn't worth it. As an alternative, we'll replace the item, you pay the S&H.) - If you aren't absolutely satisfied for the lifetime of the product you purchase from us, we will promptly replace it or refund your purchase price + S&H.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. NO PERSONALIZED products may be returned for any reason. Restocking charges of returned items start at 25% and are calculated based on labor involved to ship the original order and labor involved to return the product(s) to inventory. Outgoing and return S&H charges on returns are in addition to any other charges.
- Commemorative badges, patches, pins and challenge coins are often ordered ONLY in sufficient quantities to fulfill the initial order offering. We will cheerfully accept new commemorative badge orders until the die is retired by Blackinton. (NO MILLENNIUM BADGE DIES ARE STILL AVAILABLE.) We can not guarantee production time of ANY "made to order" reissued or commemorative products and since donations are typically made of the "profit" proceeds for these items, ONLY a "store credit" less any proceeds amount donated to any recipient will be offered for any REISSUED item or COMMEMORATIVE order cancellation.
- You receive this bold a warranty statement from Kokopelli Traders because we produce and supply only the highest quality products in our own embroidery and screen print shop as well as the products produced for us from factories like Blackinton, 5.11 Tactical, Bullet Line and others.
- If there is ever a problem or discrepancy on an order or a product we will promptly apologize and even more promptly 'make it right'. That is the way our incredibly high quality suppliers treat us, so it makes it easy for us to treat you that way too.
- Our prices are aggressive and fair. In fact, we don't try to sell at the lowest prices in the marketplace. Some of our prices on some on our products may be higher than those you will find from our competitors.
- Kokopelli Traders doesn't try to compete with any company on price because in our opinion that is a 'fools game'. Those who are only loyal to the penny and not the quality of the product, the creativeness of the design, or the warranty that backs the product aren't the folks that are our customers. There are plenty of companies out there that will sell unimaginative, crap for really cheap prices.
- One of our 'stand out' features is the fact that we have a very creative artist that has become almost a 'magician' when it comes to taking customer's notes and pencil sketches and turning them into designs.
- There is typically never an 'art creation', 'die' or 'set-up' charge on our shop's embroidery or screen printing or even on the products our factories produce for you. That makes it easy to start working with us.
- You only pay what it 'costs' to ship a product. Not some inflated 'ebay' type of S&H rate. We will even ship and bill your UPS or FEDX account in case you think you receive a better shipping discount than we do. We are in the "cool custom stuff" business, not the shipping business and we try not to make UPS any richer than we already do.
- We cheerfully accept individual garment orders. But the CORE business of our embroidery shop is 'production run' jobs. It is important for folks to understand that we can't interrupt a several hundred piece garment run - which may take several days to complete - to sew one or a dozen garments...especially if there is another big "RUSH" job right behind it. Therefore, we BEG you to be patient with us. We don't charge more for small orders, even JUST ONE...and we need the indulgence of YOU, our customers, to accomplish that effectively.
- We put our money where our mouth is. We sponsor dozens of events each year and have proudly supported "C.O.P.S." (Concerns of Police Survivors" for every one of our 22 years in business.

As I wrote above, we have our own artist. Many of the elaborate custom artwork we have developed started out as pencil sketches and stick figure concepts. The ORIGINAL artwork we have created has been the template to produce incredibly detailed custom UNIFORM patches, and BADGE patch designs. We use this same ORIGINAL artwork for the creation of remarkable detail for the BADGES embroidered and screen printed on polos, jackets, BDU's and caps.

There is NO SET-UP fee to take our existing badge or special unit team embroidered designs and PERSONALIZE them with text to make them fit YOUR purposes. Minimum quantities for CUSTOM EMBROIDERED GARMENT designs is always ONE.
Original NEW designs for embroidery are typically also produced with NO SET-UP charge depending on the opening order quantity. Custom embroidered patch orders start at ONE, (but the pricing gets better, the more you order.)

One area of recent concern in this day and age is the integrity of our customer’s Custom Designs.
Periodically, some individuals/companies will make unauthorized reproductions of original Kokopelli Traders' products and sell them to collectors on eBay or elsewhere, therefore cutting into our customer's fund-raising profits.
Kokopelli Traders has joined the other leaders in our industry to work to prevent the unauthorized counterfeit reproductions of our customer’s Custom badge, patch, pin and challenge coin designs.
We have taken several steps to prevent this practice.
- NO custom item is designed or produced without written authorization from our licensing agencies.
- Where space permits, ALL custom lapel pins have our KOKOPELLI logo and phone number to easily identify them as original and authentic.
- Where space permits and application allows, ALL custom and stock patches have an identifying sticker - identifying it as a bona fide Kokopelli Traders product.
- ALL custom patches and custom embroidery images on this site have been posted with altered colors to discourage counterfeiting of these designs.
- ALL custom challenge coins have an irreproducible, hidden identifier incorporated into the design.
- ALL “stock” and “custom” items are shipped ONLY to the agency office address we produce for…and others with permission.
